Allowable Costs When Terms and Conditions are not Upheld
The USDA is considering adopting the FASS "Guide for the Care and Use of Agricultural Animals in Agricultural Research and Teaching" and the ILAR "Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals" as the standards to be used in regulating the humane care of farm animals used for nonagricultural purposes.
